Shea, a 2007 graduate of Georgetown University, has worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for over 13 years specializing in areas such as cardio-thoracic surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and much more. During her time at Georgetown University in Washington D.C., Shea did extensive research on post operative nausea and vomiting and the impact it has on anesthesia. Shea received her aesthetic training at Aura Aesthetics located in Portland Oregon. She specializes in injectables, chemical peels, skin care and IV nutritional therapy.

Gabe has been a strong advocate for health and fitness for over 10 years. He has a Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies. Currently working as a PA in Orthopaedics, specializing in sport medicine and joint preservation surgery. Gabe obtained a Bachelor’s of Science degree with a concentration in Exercise and Sports Science. He completed his strength and conditioning internship at the University of Michigan under Mike Barwis. Gabe is also credential as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and has played a part in training athletes from youth sports to the NFL.

Dr. Hay graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in 2006. Mackenzie completed an intern year at Washington Hopsital Center in our nation's capital. Dr. Hay then went on to complete residency and fellowship training in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Mackenzie has been practicing Emergency Medicine since 2012. Dr. Hay was named as one of Delaware's TOP DOCS and has been recognized as Sussex County EMS Physician of the Year.
